Your account and team

Use accurate account information and keep sign-in codes and passwords private. Independent accounts are intended for people 13 and older. A parent or guardian must operate their own account for a younger player. A team code permits an access request; it does not grant permission to administer a player. Administrators must check requests and grant only appropriate access.

Content and respectful use

Upload only pictures and information you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, expose private information, upload unlawful or abusive material, or use the service to harass anyone. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to process and display it as needed to provide the service to your authorized team. Report concerns to daniel@walkoutiq.com. We may restrict access or remove content when needed to address abuse or legal obligations.

Music and announcements

Walkout IQ helps organize song selections and announcements. It does not sell or license Apple Music recordings. Apple Music playback requires the applicable account, subscription, availability and permissions. Samples are for evaluating a song; they are not guaranteed to contain your chosen interval. Music providers may change availability.

Use music, pictures and announcements only where you have the required rights. A subscription or our software does not itself grant public-performance, promotional, synchronization or other rights. Generated voices may mispronounce names; check your announcements before Game Day.

Service and billing

Network, device, speaker and provider conditions can affect delivery and playback. Test your setup before a game. Any paid offer must show its price, duration and cancellation terms before purchase. Joining a player account does not authorize charges or allow using a team owner’s plan for another team.

Closing an account and changes

You can request account deletion through account settings. Review the consequences for owned teams and any enabled billing. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. We may update these terms and will provide notice when required. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
